Pupils who have reached 6 years of age move up to Grade 1 level. The work from this stage onward in noticeably more technical and structures but by no means boring. Character dancing (National dancing ie. Polish and Hungarian) is introduced as part of the syllabus as danced in all famous Ballets like Swan Lake and the Nutcracker.
We combine syllabus work with free exercises and creative movement in order to include and practice further steps and to inspire the children to make up their own sequences.
The pupils can choose to work towards the Grades examination (Grade 1 and up) at RAD Headquarters - an experience they love and that gives them a great sense of achievement.
We are providing and opportunity for every student to experience joy, creativity and artistic freedom in dance by facilitating the achievement of a secure technical foundation in a warm and caring environment.
